Job Responsibilities
Monitor site and coordinate works of sub-contractors
Ensure all workers implement and follow Project Rules & Regulations, Safety Rules & Regulations & Work Instruction
Ensure site works are according to drawings, contract specifications and work schedule
Attend valuation of progress claim (site measurement) with subcontractor
Verify the subcontractors’ claim
Conduct HIRARC and handle Health & Safety, Quality Assurance & Non‑Conformance in the project
Liaise between clients, authorities and subcontractors
Perform site surveying and prepare documents for site checklist
Liaise with relevant authority for execution of works
Provide guidance to supervisor in relation to site works, ensure progress according to schedule
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time
Control site operations
Measure and monitor performance
Be aware of prevention & cost reduction by continual improvement
Prepare department report and present during Monthly Management Meeting
Qualifications
Academic: Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Utility Services or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering/Utility Services or relevant fields

Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge
Well versed with contract engineering specifications by law/standard for Utility Services
