Job summary

SATO KOGYO (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to assist in supervising civil works and ensuring compliance with project plans and quality standards on our Singapore construction sites.

You will coordinate planning, documentation, and on-site activities, monitor progress, liaise with contractors and suppliers, and prepare weekly progress reports, supporting timely delivery and adherence to authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising site works to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate project planning, documentation, and on-site execution to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Monitor and supervise project progress, manpower deployment, and materials planning to optimize resources.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to resolve implementation issues and attend site meetings.
• Produce weekly site progress reports and prepare submissions for tracking and compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and attend meetings to ensure work quality and adherence to authority requirements.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams, clients, and consultants to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives.
