Job summary

SPECTRUM AUDIO VISUAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead AV construction projects, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers.

You will study drawings, develop AV construction drawings, and manage schedules and budgets to deliver high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include planning resources, managing change orders, and ensuring excellent customer experience, with emphasis on independent work in a fast-moving environment and strong

Qualifications

• Min 2 years' experience in project management for construction sites or A&A works for M&E or ELV solutions like CCTV or infrastructure (Structure cabling).
• Able to interpret construction drawings.
• Able to work independently in the fast moving and challenging environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer's expectations and deliver customer experience
• Plan, manage and schedule resources.

Education Qualification:

• ITE/Diploma in any disciple

Experience:

Mandate

• Min 2 years' experience in project management for construction sites or A&A works for M&E or ELV solutions like CCTV or infrastructure (Structure cabling)
• Able to interpret construction drawings
• Able to work independently in the fast moving and challenging environment
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

Optional

• 1 years' experience in Audio Visual project management
• Ability to use AutoCAD or REVIT
• Experience in managing project at construction sites
• Experience in interpreting BIM modelling
• Technical knowledge in Audio Visual Products
