Responsibilities

• Install LED displays, LCD displays, video walls, kiosks, projectors, and digital signage systems.
• Install audio systems including speakers, amplifiers, microphones, and DSP equipment.
• Install video conferencing systems (e.g. Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms).
• Perform cable routing, cable termination, and cable management.
• Mount TVs, projectors, cameras, speakers, and AV equipment safely.
• Configure AV hardware and software according to project requirements.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Audio Visual (AV) Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support a wide range of AV systems including LED displays, digital signage, video walls, meeting room solutions, sound systems, interactive displays, and networked AV equipment. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, be customer-oriented, and be able to work independently or as part of a project team.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

• Install LED displays, LCD displays, video walls, kiosks, projectors, and digital signage systems.
• Install audio systems including speakers, amplifiers, microphones, and DSP equipment.
• Install video conferencing systems (e.g. Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms).
• Perform cable routing, cable termination, and cable management.
• Mount TVs, projectors, cameras, speakers, and AV equipment safely.
• Configure AV hardware and software according to project requirements.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults.
• Replace faulty AV components and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot: Display issues Audio feedback or distortion HDMI/DisplayPort signal problems Network connectivity Digital signage playback Touchscreen calibration Video wall controller issues
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.

Technical Support

• Provide onsite and remote technical support.
• Respond to service tickets within SLA requirements.
• Assist customers in operating AV systems.
• Perform system testing after repairs or installations.
• Document service reports and maintenance records.

Project Support

• Assist Project Engineers during deployment.
• Conduct site surveys and collect technical measurements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare commissioning documentation.
• Support equipment migration and relocation projects.
