Job summary

PSP Solutions Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead plumbing and sanitary works on active projects. You will monitor construction activities, ensure work is completed on schedule, and supervise the field team.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field, strong English communication, and proven leadership. You will prepare monthly site reports, liaise with clients and consultants, and ensure all materials and work meet specifications.

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (construction/engineering).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise site activities to ensure alignment with the project plan.
• Review construction works to ensure completion as scheduled.
• Handle documentation, submissions and on-site meetings.
• Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.
• Oversee general on-site technical engineering matters and quality checks.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems.
• Ensure materials and work meet specifications.
• Prepare monthly site status reports.
• Liaise with client, architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

• Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.
• Responsible for general on -site technical engineering matters and quality checks.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Ensure that all material used and work performed are as per specifications
• Preparation of monthly report on job site status.
• Liaise with client, architects,consultants,sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree or Relevant skill certificate
• Experienced in Plumbing & Sanitary services
• Fresh & Experience candidates with the right aptitude are welcomed to apply.
