Job summary

DLE M&E Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Plumbing & Sanitary Site Supervisor to oversee daily site progress and coordinate installation works.

You will liaise with main contractors, review shop drawings, order materials, and ensure inspections are completed, with focus on timely completion and compliance with PUB standards.

Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in plumbing and sanitary for local construction and hold ITE qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum: ITE qualifications.
• At least 2 years of plumbing and sanitary experience in local construction.
• Knowledge of Singapore PUB standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site progress.
• Attend daily site meetings when required.
• Plan and order materials for site works.
• Prepare and submit inspection forms for RTO or Clerk-Of-Work (COW) inspections.
• Coordinate with main contractor, consultants and clients on progress.
• Check shop drawings and feedback discrepancies to project/site team.
• Manage plumbing & sanitary scope and resolve engineering issues.
• Monitor and coordinate sub-contract works to ensure on-schedule completion.

• Attend daily site meeting (If required);
• Plan and order materials for site works;
• Prepare and submit inspection form for RTO or Clerk-Of-Work (COW) to conduct inspection on pipe water pressure test, hydrostatic water test & completed works inspection
• Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, clients on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary installation works;
• Check shop drawing and feedback to project and site team if there are any discrepancies;
• Project management involving Plumbing & Sanitary Services and resolving engineering issues;
• Monitor and co-ordinate sub-contract works to ensure works are completed on schedule.
