Job summary

Foamex Insulation Services Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to support project coordination, site operations and successful completion of our insulation projects in Singapore.

You will liaise with clients and contractors, monitor schedules, coordinate resources, prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with safety and company SOPs. Fresh graduates and those with engineering experience are welcome in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, independent work attitude and good organizational skills.

Foamex Insulation Services Pte Ltd provides insulation installation services for industrial projects in Singapore. We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to support project coordination, site operations and the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily project activities across various worksites
• Coordinate manpower deployment and monitor site productivity
• Liaise with clients, contractors and site supervisors on project progress
• Monitor project schedules, work progress and completion targets
• Coordinate materials, equipment and resources required for projects
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports and work records
• Monitor project quantities and measurements for progress claims
• Conduct site visits and follow up on site issues
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company SOP
• Identify project issues and coordinate corrective actions
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress when required
• Support project planning and ensure projects are completed according to requirements and schedule

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• Good communication and leadership skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, independent work attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage
• Strong technical report writing and problem-solving skills
• Fresh graduates or those with experience in Engineering are welcome to apply

Salary Range

S$3,300 – S$4,800 per month
(Inclusive of fixed monthly allowances)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:30pm

Additional hours may be required depending on project requirements.
