Job summary

Foamex Insulation Services Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to support project coordination, site operations and successful completion of our insulation projects in Singapore.

You will liaise with clients and contractors, monitor schedules, coordinate resources, prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with safety and company SOPs. Fresh graduates and those with engineering experience are welcome in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, independent work attitude and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily project activities across worksites.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and monitor site productivity.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and site supervisors on project progress.
• Monitor project schedules, work progress and completion targets.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and resources required for projects.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports and work records.
• Monitor project quantities and measurements for progress claims.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
