The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Project Director (Electrical) to lead large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary projects, driving strategic, financial, and operational success from start to finish.

You will oversee complex portfolios, manage budgets, and negotiate contracts while guiding engineering teams to meet quality, safety, and governance standards. A senior role demanding extensive project delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design and project delivery.
• Experience in mission-critical, utility, industrial or airport projects is preferred.
• Hyperscale project experience will be advantageous.
• Experience reviewing electrical and vendor drawings.
• PE or related professional status will be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall strategic, financial and operational execution of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Oversee multiple electrical projects or large-scale project portfolios from commencement to final handover.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, cost forecasting and commercial performance.
• Lead negotiations for major client contracts and subcontract packages.
• Oversee variation orders, claims, commercial risks and dispute matters.
• Manage resource planning, manpower allocation and major vendor strategies.
• Act as the senior escalation point for clients, developers, main contractors and authorities.
• Ensure project quality, safety, compliance and governance requirements are met.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and engineering teams.
• Drive project performance, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.

Project Director (Electrical)

• Salary: $7,000 - $9,000
• Working Days: Mon -Thursday (830am -6pm) Friday 830am -530pm
• Working Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities:
