The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Project Director (Electrical) in Singapore to lead the strategic, financial and operational delivery of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to handover.

The role is based at Changi with a demanding schedule and high accountability. You will oversee budgets, profitability, cost forecasting, contract negotiations and major vendor strategies, while mentoring Project Managers and engineering teams to drive performance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design and project delivery.
• Experience in mission-critical, utility, industrial or airport projects preferred.
• PE or related professional status advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic, financial and operational execution of large-scale electrical projects.
• Oversee multiple electrical projects or large-scale project portfolios from initiation to handover.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, cost forecasting and commercial performance.
• Lead negotiations for major client contracts and subcontract packages.
• Oversee variation orders, claims, commercial risks and dispute matters.
• Manage resource planning, manpower allocation and major vendor strategies.
• Act as the senior escalation point for clients, developers, main contractors and authorities.
• Ensure project quality, safety, compliance and governance requirements are met.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and engineering teams.
• Drive project performance, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Salary: $7,000 - $9,000
• Working Days: Mon -Thursday (830am -6pm) Friday 830am -530pm
• Working Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall strategic, financial and operational execution of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary projects
• Oversee multiple electrical projects or large-scale project portfolios from commencement to final handover
• Manage project budgets, profitability, cost forecasting and commercial performance
• Lead negotiations for major client contracts and subcontract packages
• Oversee variation orders, claims, commercial risks and dispute matters
• Manage resource planning, manpower allocation and major vendor strategies
• Act as the senior escalation point for clients, developers, main contractors and authorities
• Ensure project quality, safety, compliance and governance requirements are met
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and engineering teams
• Drive project performance, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design and project delivery
• Experience in mission-critical, utility, industrial or airport projects is preferred
• Hyperscale project experience will be advantageous
• Experience reviewing electrical and vendor drawings
• PE or related professional status will be advantageous
