Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Project Director (Electrical) based in Changi, Singapore, to lead the strategic, financial and operational execution of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary projects.

You will oversee projects from start to handover and drive performance for on-site delivery. You will manage budgets, profitability, cost forecasting and commercial outcomes, lead major contract negotiations, review drawings, mentor teams and ensure safety, quality and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design and project delivery.
• Experience in mission-critical, utility, industrial or airport projects is preferred.
• Hyperscale project experience will be advantageous.
• Experience reviewing electrical and vendor drawings.
• PE or related professional status will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic, financial and operational execution of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary projects
• Oversee multiple electrical projects or large-scale project portfolios from commencement to final handover
• Manage project budgets, profitability, cost forecasting and commercial performance
• Lead negotiations for major client contracts and subcontract packages
• Oversee variation orders, claims, commercial risks and dispute matters
• Manage resource planning, manpower allocation and major vendor strategies
• Act as the senior escalation point for clients, developers, main contractors and authorities
• Ensure project quality, safety, compliance and governance requirements are met
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and engineering teams
• Drive project performance, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives

• Salary: $7,000 – $9,000
• Working Days: Mon -Thursday (830am -6pm) Friday 830am -530pm
• Working Location: Changi
