Job summary

IMPACT BPO SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an senior operations leader to oversee geotechnical works, ensuring smooth, efficient execution aligned with project needs. You will manage resources, plan staffing, and drive productivity across sites in the Changi area.

The role requires 10–15 years in construction/geotechnical fields, strong leadership, and robust risk/financial management capabilities to support bids and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field related to construction industry
• 10–15 years of experience in construction, operation or logistics, especially in bored piling and geotechnical works
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills; able to represent and decide timely
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in risk management, financial management and change control
• Strong understanding of contractual, regulatory and company requirements
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Willing to work in Changi area

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Geotech work scope: Diaphragm Wall, Bored Piling, DSM, JGP, sheet piling, etc.
• Determine inventory/purchasing/machinery/personnel and resources needs
• Monitor existing direct work processes and analyze its effectiveness
• Create strategies to improve productivity and efficiency of direct work
• Perform costing and tendering of Foundation /Ground Improvement Work for the company
• Coordinate with HR and project sites on manpower matters
• Perform other duties as assigned by HOD or Management
• Duties may be revised to meet operational requirements

Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Geotech work scope: Diaphragm Wall, Bored Piling, DSM, JGP, sheet piling, etc. such that operations run smoothly, efficiently and in line with the project team’s requirements or at the direction of the Chief Operations Officer.
• Determine inventory/ purchasing/machinery/personnel and other resources’ needs e.g. Ascertain/ decide the right resources for the right job.
• Monitor existing direct work processes and analyze its effectiveness.
• Create strategies to improve productivity and efficiency of the direct work.
• Perform costing and tendering of Foundation /Ground Improvement Work for the company.
• Together with the HR Department, coordinate with the various project sites on their manpower matters.

Other Duties

• Perform other duties as assigned by HOD or Management.
• The duties and responsibilities stated may be revised from time to time according to the company’s operational requirements.

Job Requirements

• At least a Degree in relevant field related to the construction industry.
• At least 10 to 15 years of working experience in construction, operation or logistics, especially in Bored Piling and Geotechnical engineering works.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills, with the ability to represent and make timely decisions.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, financial management, and change control.
• Strong understanding of contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
