Job summary

KOH BROTHERS BUILDING & CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a site professional to supervise bored piling and ground improvement works at the Changi Airport area.

You will manage bored pile operations, collect soil samples and prepare borelog reports, while coordinating with the QPS team and other subcontractors. The role requires a Civil/Geological Engineering degree with CPP certification and about 5 years of relevant civil experience, including large project exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Geological field is required.
• 5 years of relevant Civil working experience.
• Project experience around 18 million or above is preferred.
• Must have CPP certification for piling personnel.
• Experience with bored piling, ground improvement and site works is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee bored piling works and ground improvement activities.
• Handle bored pile operation and on‑site operations.
• Collect soil samples, prepare borelog reports and liaise with QPS team.
• Prepare and update progress reports and shop drawings; raise RFIs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consult with engineers on technical and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with Technical, Statutory, Safety and QC requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee bored piling works, ground improvement works.
• Handle bored pile operation and site operation.
• Collect soil sample, prepare borelog report and deal with QPS team.
• Prepare and update progress report, shop drawings.
• Prepare RFI.
• Co-ordination work and managing subcontractors.
• Liaise with the consultants on technical and quality issues.
• Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Ensure compliance with Technical, Statutory, Safety and QC requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Geological, recognized by the PE Board and BCA.
• 5 years of relevant Civil working experience.
• Minimum 1 year completed project experience with project value of around 18 million or above.
• Must have certified Piling Personnel (CPP).
• Experienced in Bored Piling , ground improvement works and general site work.
• Knowledge in Singapore's geological soil and rock profile and experience in LTA / Infrastructure / Government projects is added advantage.
• Able to work full time at site.
