Job summary

MKS Global Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator (Commercial Office) to manage office renovation projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with designers and contractors, develop timelines, and ensure documentation is submitted for approvals and client sign-offs.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in commercial interior renovation, strong English communication, and the ability to oversee site work to maintain quality, safety and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering (Civil) or related fields.
• Good English conversational skill; able to document clearly.
• Minimum 2 years of Singapore-based experience in commercial interior renovation/coordination.
• Senior Executive level preferred for Civil/Construction/Structural fields.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage renovation projects from start to finish.
• Oversee end-to-end office renovation projects and coordinate with designers/contractors.
• Develop timelines, schedules, and work plans; monitor progress and variations.
• Submit documentation for approvals and client sign-offs; maintain progress reports.
• Supervise site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance; perform inspections.
