Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Assistant Project Engineer to support site activities at Pandan Loop (near Clementi MRT). The role covers documentation, shop drawings, and coordination with clients and subcontractors.

Working days are 5 days, Mon-Sat; hours 8AM-5PM (Mon-Fri) and 8AM-12PM on Sat. Salary: S$3,000–S$5,000 plus transport allowance. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 1–2 years construction experience required; ACMV knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years working experience in construction.
• Knowledge in ACMV is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit product catalogue/technical data, shop drawings, method statements and O&M to client.
• Provide simple daily reports and update management on work status.
• Responsible for site matters and documentation for assigned sites.
• Ensure site work aligns with schedule and contract scope.
• Attend site meetings and resolve conflicts.
• Participate in testing and commissioning with sub-contractors/main contractor & consultant.
• Conduct training to client before project handover.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Working Experience in Construction line at least 1-2 years.
• Knowledge in ACMV advantage (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation Works).
