Job summary

Astreya in Singapore is seeking a Graduate Project Coordinator II to support a world-class Network Operations and Deployment team. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, liaising with smart hands and facility providers while assisting with daily operations and on-call handovers.

The role requires a IT or engineering degree with 1–3 years' related experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A hybrid office/remote setup is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma preferably in Information Technology or Engineering with 1–3 years' related experience.
• Willingness to office and remote commitments and occasional adjustment of work hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides weekly operational updates including action items.
• Communicate effectively and maintain rapport with team and client.
• Assist with maintaining and monitoring ad-hoc project plans/schedules, hours and expenditures.
• Escalate operational/project issues to the team lead.
• Attend client meetings as required and document actions.
• Collaborate with regional teams for ticket resolution.
• Work with facility providers and Smart Hands to drive issues.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors for RMA shipments.
• Monitor ticketing system and resolve within SLA.
• Promote communication, continuous improvement and process reviews.
• Identify trends and collaborate on process improvements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge and skills with new procedures.
• Work with SDMs/PMs to meet analytical needs and KPIs.

Job Description:

This is the gateway for a graduate engineer to be exposed to a world-class Network Operations and Deployment career.

The Project Coordinator II will facilitate and coordinate multiple cross functional teams to carry out day to day operations. Your job involves coordination and liaising with multiple teams, smart/remote hands and facility providers. Tasks may vary in number, size and complexity.

Scope:

• Follows established procedures on routine work
• Requires detailed instructions

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provides weekly operational updates including action items.
• Communicate effectively, maintain and establish a good rapport team and client.
• Assist with maintaining and monitoring ad-hoc project plans/schedules, work hours and expenditures.
• Assists with identifying operational/project issues and/or escalating the issue to the team lead.
• Attending and participating in client meetings as required.
• Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Collaborates with various regional teams for ticket resolution.
• Work closely with the Facility providers and Smart Hands to drive the issues.
• Working with the Hardware vendors ensuring the RMA shipments to and from Facilities.
• Assists with daily monitoring of the ticketing system and resolving them under defined SLA
• Promote a culture of effective communication, continuous improvement and innovation through teamwork and business process reviews
• Assists with identifying trends or recurring problems and escalates to team lead for resolution.
• Assists with identifying and collaborating on new process improvement opportunities.
• Helps to develop and maintain knowledge and skills and keep up-to-date with new processes and procedures.
• Works closely with SDMs/Project Managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including assisting with identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
• Required to work on oncall roster and preparing/participating in daily handovers.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor/Diploma preferably in Information Technology or Engineering and 1 to 3 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Flexibility essential - the role requires both office and remote commitments, as well as being willing to occasionally adjust work hours due to work with regional colleagues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
