Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a project engineer to manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions in Singapore. You will coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality tender documentation.

The role requires a Civil/Structural engineering background and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Background in Civil/Structural Engineering with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and positive in day-to-day delivery.
• Written communication and language skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface.
• Reporting project status to management team as and when needed.
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process.
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies / authority on development issues.
• Identify potential construction-related issues or/and contractual disputes and provide solutions, ensuring quality tender documents with all requirements.
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors.

Requirements
