• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with 2–5 years of relevant experience in consultant or contractor firms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project manage contracts for infrastructure and buildings within new estates.
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with government agencies on development matters.
• Identify construction issues or disputes and provide solutions; ensure quality tender documents.
• Deliver buildings and infrastructure on schedule with safety and site housekeeping.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Project manage all contracts forinfrastructure and buildings within new estates;
• Resolve technical and design issueswith consultants and contractors
• Coordinate with government agencies on any development issue
• Identify potential construction related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements,
• Deliver the buildings and infrastructure on time and Project construction schedule, safety and housekeeping of the project site

• Preferably with at least 2 to 5years of relevant working experience in consultant or contractor firms. Is a team player with positive attitude & strong interpersonal and communication skills
