Job summary

YUECHENG DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a civil engineering leader to coordinate construction activities for building projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and standards compliance while driving schedules and working with diverse teams on multiple sites.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, interpretation of drawings, and hands-on management of resources and timelines to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-rise building, infrastructure, or A&A works.
• Familiarity with local authority submission processes.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site and travel between project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate civil engineering construction activities for building projects, ensuring compliance with standards, safety, and quality requirements while managing schedules and collaborating with teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Apply civil engineering construction methods and standards to plan and execute building and upgrading works effectively.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide project implementation and ensure accuracy.
• Utilize project scheduling tools such as MS Project to develop and monitor timelines, adjusting plans to meet deadlines.
• Implement construction safety regulations and quality control processes to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Solve construction-related problems and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain project progress.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members and contractors to foster a productive and cooperative work atmosphere.
• Manage multiple tasks and organize resources efficiently to meet project milestones under pressure.
• Demonstrate leadership potential by supporting team efforts and contributing to project success.
