Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team and senior stakeholders in managing engagements, including drafting agendas and minutes, building project plans and timelines, and monitoring scope, workstreams, deadlines and fees
• Facilitate the billing process and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to keep all parties informed on progress
• Assist in implementing new technologies across live engagements
• Take ownership of and coordinate smaller discrete projects and other tasks
• Analyse and manipulate data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights for different stakeholders
• Support special projects as needed

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in professional services and/or project management
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• A self-starter with strong multi-tasking and forward-planning abilities
• High attention to detail and a methodical, positive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Advanced Excel skills advantageous; MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint and Power Automate skills preferable
• Genuine interest in AI tools and technology, and how they're reshaping service delivery
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets
