Job summary

HEPTA C&S CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to support the C&S team and project stakeholders from initial requirements to site follow-up.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants, attend meetings and site visits, and manage follow-up actions to keep projects progressing in line with Singapore submission requirements and regulations. Job description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and work closely with our C&S consultants and project stakeholders.

If you have experience in Singapore's C&S industry and are comfortable coordinating with clients, contractors and consultants, this is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the day-to-day progress of real C&S projects.

The Role

You will be involved in coordinating project matters from initial requirements through to site and project follow-up.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders on day-to-day project matters.

• Attend client meetings, site meetings and site visits where required.

• Follow up on project queries, outstanding information and action items to keep matters moving.

• Familiar with Singapore C&S submission requirements, regulations and project procedures, and understand the general requirements and process involved.

• Coordinate with the relevant consultants and parties on submissions, drawings, documents and project requirements.

• Assist the C&S team with general project coordination and administrative matters where required.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of relevant C&S experience in Singapore.

• Good understanding of the general workflow of C&S projects.

• Familiar with Singapore C&S submission requirements, regulations and procedures.

• Comfortable communicating with clients, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.

• Able to attend meetings and site visits and follow up on matters independently.

• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple ongoing matters.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

What You Can Expect

• Salary: S$3,500 - S$5,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
