Job summary

HEPTA C&S CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to support the C&S team and project stakeholders from initial requirements to site follow-up.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants, attend meetings and site visits, and manage follow-up actions to keep projects progressing in line with Singapore submission requirements and regulations. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant C&S experience in Singapore.
• Understanding of Singapore C&S submission requirements, regulations and procedures.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders on day-to-day project matters.
• Attend client meetings, site meetings and site visits.
• Follow up on project queries and information to keep matters moving.
• Assist with submissions, drawings, documents and project requirements.
• Support the C&S team with general coordination and administration.
