AIK SAN CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a skilled construction supervisor to oversee works, coordinate crews, and liaise with authorities and external contractors to ensure compliance and safety on-site.

You will schedule activities, deploy workers, supervise a team of workmen, and ensure timely delivery with approved materials, while addressing residents' feedback. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Possess a national certificate in construction supervision.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Possess a recognised diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management or Building Services Engineering; or
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry; or
• Other qualifications acceptable

Responsabilités

• Attend to feedback from residents/public in relation to the works or services provided by the workmen
• Ensure proper communications with the residents regarding Services/works to be carried out
• Update/upload relevant information/document onto system
• Coordinate move logistics, including (but not limited to) vehicle reservations, storage arrangements, and scheduling to resolve unexpected challenges.
• Undetake any other related duties stipulated by the Client.
