Job summary

Trusteel Projects Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive coordinator to assist Project Managers in coordinating with clients, main contractors, subcontractors and internal teams on project and site matters.

You will help track deliveries, compile progress updates and ensure alignment with schedules. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels and site installation progress to ensure timely execution, preparing method statements and technical documentation, maintaining project records, and

• Maintain project documentation, progress reports and other relevant records.
• Monitor stock levels, material deliveries and site installation progress to ensure timely execution.
• Assist with material submissions, method statements and other technical documentation.

• Maintain and update project docs, progress reports and records for audit and governance.
