Job summary

TLE Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on project coordinator to manage technical drawings and the project schedule, coordinate works on and off site, and liaise closely with clients and designers with proper documentation.

You will plan with the team and production to ensure timely delivery, monitor progress with reports, inspect materials delivered on site, and prepare sites for handover to clients, while handling ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction or fit-out projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with good problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings and manage project schedule.
• Coordinate works on/off site.
• Liaise with clients and designers with proper documentation.

Requirements

• technical skill in furniture construction will be preferred
• experience in A&A works under commercial and hospitality sector is preferred
• self-motivated and good working attitude
• able to work independently as well as a good team player
• strong problem-solving and follow-up skill
