Job summary

MEGALOW CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated landscaping project coordinator to plan and oversee site works, liaise with clients, designers, authorities and suppliers, and ensure compliance with contract specifications.

You will lead landscaping and maintenance execution, plan work schedules and allocate manpower and equipment, and respond to after-hours emergencies as required. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential to coordinate with diverse stakeholders on site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and attend regular meetings with clients for projects
• Liaise with clients on their enquiries, feedbacks & complaints
• Liaise with authorities and plant suppliers
• Liaise in Mandarin and English
• Able work with designers to propose plant selection and sustainable designs for specific sites
• Provide professional advice on the selection, ordering, planting and maintenance of trees, shrubs, turf grasses, etc.
• Assist in preparation of pests and diseases control programmes
• Lead the execution and coordination of landscaping works and landscape maintenance works
• Plan work schedules, manpower and equipment according to contract specifications.
• Receive and act upon instructions given by the superintendent representative.
• Perform administrative tasks related to appointed project.
• Conduct site assessments to inspect horticultural practices and landscape quality requirements.
• Respond to emergency call after work hours, following emergency call tree.
