Job summary

CHEN WA LANDSCAPE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Site Coordinator to support daily landscape project operations, construction, and maintenance, including ad-hoc works such as tree works, planting, and irrigation.

You will liaise with clients and consultants, review site plans, prepare quotations and technical drawings, train workers on SOPs and SWP, and help ensure safety and timely project handovers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily landscape project operations and implementation, landscape construction, maintenance, and other ad-hoc works (e.g., tree works, planting works, irrigation works).
• Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants, and ensure overall progress based on schedules.
• Liaise with clients' representatives regarding all site matters, and attend site meetings as required.
• Inspect and survey new sites for tenders or quotations.
• Conduct site surveillance for tree pruning, planting works, irrigation works, and other ad-hoc works.
• Prepare material boards for confirmation with landscape consultants or designers.
• Propose landscape improvement works.
• Prepare quotations and technical drawings (AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp).
• Train workers on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP). Inspect and instruct workers on site for ongoing projects.
• Assist in handing over completed projects and prepare accomplishment and billing documents.
• Prepare and coordinate workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements on site.
• Coordinate safety audits with external auditors.
• Chair site coordination meetings and act as the primary liaison for clients, main contractors, and landscape consultants.
• Mentor and guide junior site coordinators and site supervisors on daily operations, technical execution, and WSH compliance.
