Job summary

AUGUST ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site supervisor to plan, schedule and oversee renovation and construction activities in Singapore. You will coordinate progress, ensure quality, manage materials and maintain safety standards on site.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil, Engineering, or Construction, with fresh graduates welcome. Team spirit and independent work are essential to succeed with the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil, Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant renovation/construction experience is a plus.
• Team player with positive working attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Willing to learn, contribute, and progress with the company.

Responsibilities

• Plan work scheduling and documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
• Communicate with clients and manage their expectations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
• Resolve design/site problems encountered during the renovating period.
• Supervision of Subcontractors's work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
