Job summary

FULL HOUSE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee construction projects in Singapore. You will make sure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve, plan with sub-contractors on execution, and supervise workers to ensure quality workmanship.

You will liaise with Clients, Consultants and Vendors, track progress, attend site meetings, manage budget, ensure safety and on-time handover. Strong coordination and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation
• Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship
• Resolve any Clients and / or residents’ complaints / feedbacks
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters
• Track work progress and submit progress report so as to ensure that the projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Attend site meeting, if applicable
• Coordinate the project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the Clients
• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
