Job summary

KAH SING DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated project coordinator in Singapore to receive and review client work orders, coordinate project requirements, and liaise with authorities to obtain clearances before work begins.

The role involves planning of manpower and machinery, ensuring QEHS compliance, preparing project claims, maintaining records, and performing additional coordination duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders is a plus.
• Familiarity with QEHS requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review work orders from clients and coordinateproject requirements.
• Submit the necessary documents to relevant authorities and liaise with authorities to obtain the required clearances and approvals before commencement of work.
• Planning of project, arrangement of manpower and machineries to ensure smooth and timely performance of project.
• Ensure work performed is in accordance with QEHS requirement.
• Prepare project claims and supporting documents, and ensure claims are submitted and certified by the client in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper project records, documentation, and reports
• Perform other project coordination duties as assigned.
