Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH PACIFIC) DEVELOPMENT CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking a project coordinator to oversee activities, ensuring works align with drawings, specifications, programme and project requirements.

You will coordinate with Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects, M&E, C&S and other trades on technical and site issues, monitor progress and drive timely completion. You will attend meetings and maintain ISO-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee overall project activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, programme, and project requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects, M&E, C&S and other trades on project specifications, technical and site issues.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate different trades to ensure timely completion of works and project deliverables.
• Assist in resolving design, coordination, constructability and site issues and follow up with relevant parties for timely solutions.
• Attend project, technical and coordination meetings, site walks and inspections, and follow upon outstanding issues and action items.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, records, submissions and document control in accordance with company ISO standards.
