You will coordinate between clients, consultants, trade contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all paperwork and progress reports are handled accurately. The role emphasizes maintaining strong communications with the QS on-site activities, handling variation orders, and strict adherence to environmental, safety, and health requirements,

Responsibilities

• Prepare Presentation & Understanding Project Requirements
• Preparation of Project Schedule, Minutes of Meeting & Progress Reports
• Manage and Monitor Project Deliveries Independently
• Co-ordinate Works Between Clients, Consultants, Trade Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers
• Maintain Good Communication with QS on Site Activities, Variation Order and Preparation All Other Related Paperwork
• Ensure All Environmental, Safety and Health are Strictly Follow as per Requirements
• Any Other Duties as Assigned
