CHINA CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH PACIFIC) DEVELOPMENT CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site inspector with supervision experience to coordinate defect rectification works. You will lead a team, liaise with developers, and ensure work follows approved drawings and safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma in a relevant trade, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors. Independent work and timely delivery are essential to success.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in a relevant trade is required.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Safety Supervisor Certificate holder is preferred.
Effective communication with clients, homeowners and subcontractors.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of building trades and rectification methods.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Developer / Management Agent / Consultants’ Representatives to schedule inspection and sequence of work for defects rectification.
Carry out inspections to identify root cause of defects and recommend rectification works.
Manage daily site operations – coordinate with subcontractors and lead a team to carry out works per approved drawings and instructions.
Ensure all site works comply with safety standards and processes.
Inspect to ensure quality and acceptability of all works.
Keep proper records to close defects cases with stakeholders and report progress.
Report on progress and quality of rectification works on site.
