Job summary

build-wise services pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced site project coordinator to plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to meet drawings, specifications and quality standards. The role requires bilingual English and Mandarin, a Class 3 license, and the ability to work independently and in a team, with strong PC skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Construction, Building Management, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in RR and A&A industries.
• Must be literate and bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Possesses a Class 3 license.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in PC tools: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Projects.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and costs.
• Manage project costs, materials, manpower, and resources.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
• Coordinate site issues through meetings/correspondence
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate project activities.
• Manage the project site and ensure timely completion.
