Job summary

Hanwha Ocean EPU in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Control Manager to lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting across FPSO and offshore/onshore projects. You will drive performance, set control processes, and ensure alignment with contracts and company goals.

Ideal candidates bring 12–18 years of project controls experience in FPSO/offshore EPC/EPCI, strong leadership, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience in Project Controls within FPSO, offshore oil & gas, EPC/EPCI, or major capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading full project controls function on large-scale FPSO developments, offshore facilities, or brownfield/greenfield projects.
• Strong expertise in planning, schedule management, cost control, progress measurement, risk management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Controls for FPSO projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, risk management, and reporting.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor performance, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.
