Job summary

Hanwha Ocean EPU is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager in Singapore to oversee cost control, scheduling, risk evaluation, and reporting across EPC projects. You will maintain baselines, KPIs and forecasts, and coordinate with multiple functions to ensure contractual compliance.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in oil & gas project controls, leadership experience, and hands-on use of Primavera P6 and Excel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in oil and gas project controls.
• 5+ years in a leadership role as Project Controls Manager.
• Experience in major offshore project execution.
• FPSO/FSO/FLNG sector exposure desirable.
• Bachelor degree; Masters preferred; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement project controls activities (cost, schedule, risk).
• Develop and maintain budgets, baselines, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Procurement and Finance teams.
• Prepare KPIs, progress reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure contract terms, change control, and reporting standards.
• Lead and develop the Project Controls team and processes.
• Establish 90-day startup plan and project baseline schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement of policies and tools.
