Job summary

Hanwha Ocean EPU is seeking an experienced Cost Controls Leader to organize and govern cost control rules and reporting for major offshore projects. You will coordinate with global teams and ensure alignment with HO standards, driving budget accuracy and forecast integrity.

The role requires 10–15+ years in oil & gas cost control, with strong leadership and Excel-based tooling. Excellent communication with stakeholders is essential to manage reports and deliverables across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum; Master’s degree adds advantage.
• 10–15+ years in oil and gas Cost Controls with leadership.
• Extensive offshore project experience; FPSO/FSO/FLNG preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost-control tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads the organization of cost control rules and procedures for initiatives and project consolidation.
• Manages cost reporting (budget, actuals, forecast) for projects and analyzes results.
• Coordinates with Cost Control teams in central and regional offices; supports budget estimates for new initiatives.
• Ensures setup of Project Cost Control for Execution Excellence initiatives per HO standards.
