The role reports to the Project Cost Control team and involves monitoring budgets, coordinating with site and office teams, and supporting tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in project cost control and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of procurement and tender processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination with site and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, actual expenditure, labour costs and claims milestones against baselines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, cost forecasts and performance summaries.
• Manage project workflows, records and documentation using designated project management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Work with coordinators, engineers and site personnel to resolve issues.
• Assist with quotations and tender submissions.
• Source materials and obtain supplier quotations to maintain pricing and delivery.
• Assist procurement coordination and follow up on orders and delivery schedules.
