Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Project Assistant for an exhibition event on a 3-month contract at Tai Seng/EXPO. You will handle exhibitor inquiries, check collaterals, update records, and report to the manager.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in MICE or customer service, is proficient in MS Office, and can work OT during setup days. On-site Mon–Fri with a contract ending Oct/Nov; salary SGD 2,500–3,000 per month.

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to work OT during setup days.

Responsibilities

• Attend to general enquiries from exhibitors (orientation provided).
• Check exhibitors' collaterals and list details.
• Exposure to online platforms.
• Report duties to manager.
• Database entry and updating of information.
• Onsite at EXPO during setup day.

JOB SCOPE

• Reporting duties to manager
• Database entry & updating of information
• Onsite at EXPO is required during setup day.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably have at least 1 year experiene in MICE, customer service industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work OT when requested (esp during setup days)

OTHERS

• Able to commence on early August .
• Able to commit 3months contract till end Oct/Early Nov.
• Mon to Fri (might need to work OT during event dates)
• Monthly basic salary from SGD$2500 to SGD$3000
• Working Location: Tai Seng / EXPO
