Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architect located in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural management and coordination on various hospitality projects. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will oversee contract administration to ensure compliance with building codes and project design intent.

The role requires someone who can communicate effectively and manage multiple projects independently. If you have a Degree in Architecture and possess strong interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience especially in Hospitality, Commercial or Luxury/High-End Residential projects.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in architectural management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Architectural management/coordination with entire project processes including authority submission.
• Contract administration of construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes.
• Produce architectural drawings effectively and professionally.

Job Responsibilities

• Architectural management/coordination with entire project processes including authority submission. (Hospitality Interior)
• Able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Contract administration of construction projects to ensure project is built according to design intent and in compliance with building codes.
• Liaise and communicate closely with client’s reps, consultants & contractors.
• Produce architectural drawings as directed and as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience especially in Hospitality, Commercial or Luxury/High-End Residential projects.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
