Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Interior Design professional to support FF&E concepts for hospitality projects and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes.

The role requires a degree in Interior Design or Architecture and at least 3 years in a similar position, with strong liaison skills and the ability to manage schedules and documentation under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in project liaison is essential
• Excellent decision-making skills especially when under pressure

• Support site coordination/works on Fit-out, FF&E concepts for Hospitality projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes.
• Maintain FF&E schedules, specification and documentation.
• Stay updated on trends, products, and materials relevant to project needs.
• In-depth knowledge of FF&E sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing processes
• Good understanding of operational and functional design requirements.
• Organized and responsive in managing tasks and timelines.
• Clear communicator and collaborative team member.
