Job summary

Park + Associates is seeking an intermediate Project Architect in Singapore with at least 3 years of local experience and familiarity with Singapore building regulations and authority submissions. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong passion for architecture and design.
• Well versed in submissions and compliances.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials.
• Capacity to work in a challenging and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
• Work closely with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout design development and implementation stages.
• Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities and all other stakeholders.
• Prepare submission drawings to authorities.
• Prepare and produce construction documents and specifications.
• In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion.
