Qualifications

• A passion for architecture, interior architecture and interior design.
• Proficiency in selecting colours and materials.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 8+ years of experience.
• Proactive and conscientious team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist client in developing design brief.
• Conduct pre-design regulatory research.
• Conduct site investigations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop initial design and refine for detailed development submissions.
• Prepare outline specifications for materials and construction methods.
• Develop spaces in exterior, interior, and landscape.
• Ensure design intent translates to working drawings.
• Provide recommendations on materials and construction methods in line with design intent.
• Collaborate with Project Administrator to build Sketchup models to exact specs.
• Conduct site inspections to verify design intent and resolve design issues.
