Responsibilities

• Developing project briefs and progressing them through design stages.
• Preparing planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
• Preparing design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
• Co-ordinating design information with consultants and project team.
• Leading tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Administering contracts and project certifications.
• Conducting site visits and recording progress and minutes.
• Advising clients on procurement of appropriate contracts.
• Ensuring projects progress within agreed timelines.
