Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and other professionals at early stages to agree on the project brief.
• Develop project briefs and progress them through the project.
• Prepare design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
• Contribute to planning applications and regulatory procedures.
• Coordinate design information and liaise with authorities for approvals.
• Lead tender documentation and construction drawings preparation.
• Assist in administering contracts and project certifications.
• Conduct site visits to check progress and ensure schedules are met.
• Manage junior staff and direct reports.
