58 Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accounting professional in Singapore to manage project accounting, payroll, and tax compliance. The role requires accuracy and timeliness in recording project incomes and expenditures, invoicing progress claims, payroll processing, and GST filing.

The incumbent will verify supplier invoices, arrange payments, perform bank reconciliations and GL entries, and prepare monthly financial reports for management review.

Responsibilities

• Record income and expenditure of each project and calculate project costs
• Issue progress claims invoices, follow up collections and manage retentions
• Verify material and subcontractor invoices and arrange payments
• Process workers' salaries and maintain WP payroll records
• Perform bank reconciliation, general ledger entries and monthly reports
• File quarterly GST returns and prepare tax documents for IRAS audit
