Qualifications

• Experience in project accounting, payroll, GST, and IR8A is mandatory.
• Must be able to work full-time in Jurong East.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing.
• Handle GST submission and audit schedule preparation, liaising with external accountants and auditors.
• Monitor receivables and payables, follow up on overdue accounts, and coordinate payment processing.
• Calculate commissions based on company policy and project value.
• Manage accounts for multiple projects and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare reports and monitor each project’s financial performance.
• Track revenue, costs, and upcoming commitments for each project.
• Monitor project budgets, gross profit and margins.
• Identify cost overruns and risks to margins and alert management.
• Monitor cash flow, supplier commitments, upcoming payments and collections.
• Allocate supplier and consultant costs to the correct projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather and reconcile financial data.
• Prepare timely financial reports to support management decisions.
