Qualifications

Understanding of programme management processes and reporting.
Experience or familiarity with budget tracking, data management, and performance monitoring.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and producing regular performance reports tied to KPIs.
Ability to prepare clear and accurate materials for management reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end delivery of traineeship programmes, including operations and budget management reporting.
Analyse data submissions from programme partners and prepare written/verbal updates for management meetings.
Engage with programme partners and government agencies to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to policy guidance.
Monitor corporate KPIs related to placements and employment outcomes.
