Job summary

Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking an Executive for the Programme and Operations Career Trial team to support programme administration and data validation. You will handle inquiries, assess documents, and document findings to guide actions per established guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment. CSP accounts and governance checks are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to the Career Trial programme via email, phone, and on-site visits.
• Assess information and supporting documents for compliance with CT terms.
• Document findings and recommend actions per guidelines.
• Liaise with vendors on programme-related queries including claims.
• Assist with data cleaning and validation against CPF records where relevant.
• Respond to appeals and feedback from jobseekers or companies.
• Perform other duties as required.
