Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency invites an Executive to join the Programme and Operations Career Trial team. You will support programme administration, handling inquiries by email, phone, and on-site visits to jobseekers and companies, and help ensure compliance with programme terms.

You will review documents, flag discrepancies, liaise with vendors on queries and claims, and assist with data cleaning and validation against CPF records where relevant.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong ability to work with data and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
